Delita Hooks Violent Liar am I her 1st Victim"

I do not think I am the first victim of a grown woman that throws her shoes and does a running punch to my left eye making a hole in my retina, than grabbing my hair attempting to drag me down the hole and when she couldn't successfully kick me in the groin she pressed her barefoot against my vaginal area.

She is one sick liar and is a dr jekhly mrs hyde.

EVERY DAY DELITA HOOKS LIES ABOUT ME AND ENGAGES OTHERS IN LYING ABOUT ME IS A DAY I WORK EVEN HARDER TO GET THE TRUTH OUT THERE. SHE IS A TERRIBLE LIAR AND VIOLENT AND THREATENED ME AGAIN IN A SIGNED LETTER TO HER NYPD FIXERS. SHE WOULD MAKE A GOOD CORRUPT NYPD OFFICER -- SHE ISN'T SHY ABOUT BEING VIOLENT AND LYING EVEN IN A SIGNED DOCUMENT.

Delita Hooks is a Violent Liar who Blamed her Victim

Dr Andrew Fagelman Violent Attack by Employee Delita Hooks Lawsuit Against NYPD IAB City of New York for violating my rights as well as failure to train employees properly and supervise them including Internal Affairs Bureau
Watch the video and read the lawsuit.
The NYPD and IAB retaliated against me for being a whistle blower but based on the actions of the police department and cases like NYPD Ramos fixing favors and NYPD Chief Marino who kidnapped NYPD Whistle blower Adrian Schoolcraftwho is now suing for 50 million dollars so kidnapping him and putting him in a psych wardyet another amoral stupid move by NYPD and Chief Marino one of aprox 20 NYPD officers that were caught getting drugs from drug pedaling MD in Staten Island HGH which is like Viagra meets the fountain of youth.
So one wonders if Dr Fagelman and Delita Hooks do any favors for the NYPD because the

NYPD fixed her violence attack, sealed her false cross complaint and in my opinion
her medical report she gave NYPD fraudulent.  The letter she wrote the NYPD is like a confession
she used her (false) cross complaint as retaliation without the word retailation but implied and she admits if I file assault charges again she will (file) another cross complaint.

Did she and Dr Andrew Fagelman call 1800 NYPD pba IAB fix it?

The NYPD refused to meet with me but met with her.

I was never told what her false allegations were that the NYPD rushed to deal.

Her detectives never contacted me so I reported them to IAB as John Doe.
I was told John Doe is NYPD Detective Andy Dwyer by an IAB Sgt who read me
Delita's letter.  The IAB sgt who read me her letter also in my opinion corrupt more interested
in collecting her pay check rather than investigate what happened and why oh why would I drop charges?  Answer Det John Vergona coerced me.

Based on this video and what I endured my opinion is she is a violent liar, manipulative who
I hear when she feels like it can be nice.  Until I filed the lawsuit I was harassed aggravated harassment on youtube blaming me slandering me and calling me crazy when her behavior just a clip has People describing her as crazy, violent and unprofessional.

Delita Hooks provoked me to get help from my md when she yelled at me I had no rights and started yelling trash talking me lying yelling I leave trash in the waiting room but she is a fearless liar.

Any other criminal activity sealed on her behalf by the NYPD?

Any criminal record in Jamaica sealed too?

Yom Kippur La Shana Tovah

I am not observing this year.  My soul is clean and I deal with evil and laid out in my lawsuit.
